Glow Beauty Tea is a basic detox tea that supports naturally radiant skin and will keep you feeling energetic. This tea blend contains dandelion root, burdock root, nettle, licorice root, and calendula flowers and has an earthy, slightly bitter taste.

Nettles are extremely nutritious and absolutely full of vitamins, minerals, protein, and chlorophyll, which make nettles an excellent choice for any tea blend.

Directions for a decoction:

Combine 3 tablespoons tea and 3 cups of cold water in a lidded saucepan. Slowly bring to a simmer without allowing the water to boil over. Let simmer over low heat for at least 20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
